Responsibilities
- provide one-to-one and in-class support to students
- assist teachers in modifying and adapting instructional materials and techniques to meet the needs of individual students
- collaborate with teachers and support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans for students
- maintain accurate and up to date records of all student documentation, including IEPs, progress reports, behavioral plans and supporting data
- meet with parents on a quarterly basis to discuss student progress and develop strategies for continued growth and success
- provide coaching and professional development to teachers to enhance their ability to support students with diverse needs
- supporting students both virtually and in-person
- build strong and supportive relationships with both local and far-end staff

To be considered for this position you must have:
- You must be living in the USA and authorized to work here.
- Teaching Certification
- Teaching Certification with a Special Education License preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Zoom and Microsoft Teams collaboration and meetings
