Key Responsibilities
- Assist in getting alignment on project timelines and schedules for completion of various project types and complexities.
- Identify, elevate, and mitigate any issues that arise during projects from pre-development to completion.
- Collaborate with the project team and local stakeholders to ensure project milestones are monitored, documented, and updated so that projects continue to track.
- Coordinate and resolve requests for information on numerous development issues and with various stakeholders.
- Assist with managing project budgets, tracking invoices and resolving financial issues concerning project expense and funding.
- Assist with department initiatives and tasks as required to ensure department alignment with the needs of various stakeholders.
- Organize, file, and maintain all project documents and folders as needed throughout the project timeline, such as contracts, drawing files and approvals.
- Experience: Prefer a minimum of 3-5 years in project management, construction, architecture or a related role.
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in project management, construction management, architecture or a related field.
- Technical skills: Understanding and prior use of project management software (e.g. Procore, Premier), Microsoft Office, project budgeting, and Smartsheet type tools.
- Problem Solving: The ability to analyze various development situations, identify problems or issues and provide solutions to mitigate same issues in the future.
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational and writing skills, high attention to detail with a collaborative approach to all aspects of the work environment.
