Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert fitting and consultation for diabetic patients requiring custom therapeutic shoes and orthotic inserts.
- Assist patients in selecting the right shoe style and size to ensure optimal comfort and medical benefit.
- Capture and manage digital images and patient data to facilitate custom orthotic shoe insert manufacturing through our partner lab.
- Conduct physician outreach to coordinate patient care and obtain necessary prescriptions or approvals.
- Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently to maximize service quality.
- Maintain accurate and timely data entry within the patient management system.
- Travel to sister pharmacy locations or physician offices up to 1 hour away as needed during business hours using a company-provided vehicle.
- Valid driver’s license required; clean driving record preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for patient care.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and data entry abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
- Comprehensive onsite training and certification to become a skilled Therapeutic Shoe Fitter. Training completed within your first week and knowledgeable team members to support learning ongoing.
