Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the adoption and implementation of AI tools across the team, providing support and guidance to users
- Create and maintain customer-facing documentation, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and usability
- Develop and execute basic scripts to automate tasks and improve operational efficiency
- Support data administration efforts, including:
- Organizing and maintaining digital files and datasets
- Conducting data mining and analysis to extract insights
- Identifying trends and summarizing findings for stakeholders
- Assisting in the creation and maintenance of dashboards (e.g., Donovan or similar tools)
- Identify and help improve collaboration opportunities with other departments
- Participate in and help coordinate group forums
- Support internal training and information-sharing initiatives
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of scripting or programming (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or similar)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and organizational ability
- Interest in AI tools, data analysis, and process improvement
- Experience with data visualization or dashboard tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
- Familiarity with AI tools or automation platforms
- Previous internship or project experience involving data or documentation
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and real-world business applications
- Exposure to data management, analytics, and dashboard development
