Position Overview
We’re seeking a highly organized, motivated, and client-focused Client Services & Creative Project Coordinator to become the main point of contact for our real estate clients. You’ll manage inbound calls, guide realtors in selecting the best marketing packages, schedule photography and video shoots, and coordinate our creative team to ensure flawless execution across 150 projects per month.
This role is critical to both client experience and daily operations.
Responsibilities
Sales & Client Experience
- Answer incoming calls from realtors and builders
- Recommend marketing packages including photography, video, drone, and 3D tours
- Build long-term client relationships through exceptional service
Scheduling & Operations
- Manage and optimize booking calendars for photographers and videographers
- Dispatch creatives to listings and coordinate logistics
- Handle reschedules, cancellations, and urgent changes
Project Management
- Ensure timely delivery of photos, videos, and marketing assets
- Oversee invoicing, revisions, and client follow-ups
- Maintain accurate project records and workflows
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with photographers, videographers, editors, and Creative Director
- Support smooth internal operations and fast-paced production environments
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, project coordination, or scheduling
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage high project volume
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Experience in real estate, marketing, dispatching, or agency operations is a plus
