Position Summary
The Phlebotomist supports our clinical team by performing blood draws, administering injections, assisting with IVs, and ensuring accurate lab processing. This role requires strong technical skills, patient‑centered communication, and flexibility in a fast‑paced clinic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform lab and therapeutic phlebotomy draws
- Ensure accurate electronic lab orders and specimen labeling
- Administer injections and assist with IVs as trained
- Cross‑train to support medical assisting and front desk functions
- Address patient concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and follow clinic policies
- Participate in team meetings and support clinic operations as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Minimum 6 months recent phlebotomy experience or formal training (required)
- Current BLS and/or CPR/AED certification (required)
- CPT certification and IV certification (preferred; IV within 6 months of hire)
- Associate degree in a medical field (strongly preferred)

Additional Requirements
