What You’ll Do
- Greet patients and manage phones with exceptional service
- Schedule appointments and maintain accurate patient records
- Verify insurance, collect payments, and support clinic operations
What We’re Looking For
- 6 months customer service experience
- Medical front desk or scheduling experience (preferred)
- Tech‑savvy, professional, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment
