Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Plant General Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting plant operators with the daily operations of our plant, ensuring that production processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to maintaining safety standards.
Duties
· Assist with material resources to meet production targets
· Operate end-of-line equipment
- Clean end-of-line equipment, work area and mixer
Basic Qualifications
· Effective oral and written communications in English.
- Ability to lift up to 80 pounds
- Ability to stand, push, pull, bend, reach and twist
Experience
- Experience as a General Laborer or similar role is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with industrial equipment and machinery
- Excellent communication skills
- A commitment to safety and quality standards
- Willingness to learn new processes and technologies
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
