Responsibilities
- Manage and enhance monthly VIP target‑setting processes, including risk‑based segmentation and capacity modeling.
- Develop and maintain incentive reporting and dashboards for field leadership and senior executives.
- Conduct payout and cost scenario modeling to support plan design decisions.
- Partner with Analytics, Finance, Risk, HR, and Field Operations to validate inputs, methodology, and business assumptions.
- Enhance the consistency, accuracy, and transparency of incentive processes through improved data workflows and reporting tools.
- Ensure accuracy, governance, and documentation of incentive data sources, calculations, and QC processes.
- Support communication materials for field audiences and executive approvals.
- 3–6 years of analytics, incentive compensation, FP&A, forecasting, or related experience.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Python and SQL required.
- Strong ability to translate complex analytics into clear business narratives.
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau preferred).
- High attention to detail and strong data governance mindset.
- Ability to partner with cross‑functional teams and influence decision‑making.
