Position Summary:
OneLife Health & Performance is a physician-led, cash-pay, membership-based healthcare and aesthetics practice in Palm Beach Gardens. We are in an active growth phase and have recently completed a full rebrand. Ownership is deeply committed to marketing as a central driver of the business.
The Head of Marketing will establish and lead the marketing function. This is a hands-on role with significant ownership and this individual will be responsible for building those systems and executing across every channel. The role suits a capable marketer who wants meaningful autonomy and the opportunity to shape how an established, growing practice presents itself to the market.
Responsibilities
• Marketing strategy — Develop and execute an integrated marketing plan across all channels, aligned to member growth and revenue.
• CRM & email marketing — Implement a CRM system and build a segmented email marketing program, including onboarding, nurture, retention, and re-engagement.
• Social media — Develop a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms, consistent with the new brand and manage the social media agency implementation.
• Content & creator relationships — Manage relationships with content creators and industry partners to extend the practice’s reach and credibility.
• Budget & paid media — Develop and manage the marketing budget and paid media plan across Meta and Google, with disciplined allocation and clear return on spend.
• Website — Manage the implementation and ongoing optimization of the new website.
• SEO — Develop and manage search engine optimization to improve organic visibility and drive qualified traffic to the website.
• Brand stewardship — Maintain brand consistency, voice, and quality across all touchpoints following the recent rebrand.
• Analytics & reporting — Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting on marketing performance and return on spend to inform budget decisions.
• Member lifecycle & retention — Drive member retention and lifetime value through lifecycle marketing.
• Referral programs — Design and manage referral and word-of-mouth programs, an important growth channel for a membership practice.
• Reputation management — Manage online reviews and reputation across relevant platforms, including healthcare-specific channels.
• Community partnerships & events — Develop local partnerships and manage events that build the practice’s presence in the community.
Qualifications
• Experience — 5 years of progressive marketing experience across multiple channels, with a record of executing effective campaigns and programs.
• Hands-on and strategic — Able to both develop strategy and execute it directly, comfortable operating as an individual contributor in a growing practice.
• Analytical — Comfortable working with marketing analytics and paid media performance data to guide decisions.
• Broad channel knowledge — Working experience across CRM and email, social media, paid media, website, brand, and retention marketing.
• SEO & paid ads — Hands-on knowledge of SEO best practices and paid advertising on Meta and Google, including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
• Healthcare or wellness background — a plus but not required. Experience marketing in healthcare, medical, aesthetics, or wellness, including familiarity with compliant, HIPAA-conscious marketing, is an advantage.
