Operations Manager/Project Manager- Bilingual in Spanish and English
We are seeking a Bilingual Operations Manager/Project Manager who is WILLING TO RELOCATE TO ONE OF OUR REGIONS, such as possibly Dallas, TX, Raleigh/Durham, NC or Ft Lauderdale, FL and become an integral part of our team! Operations Managers are responsible for overseeing multiple projects at a time in a fast-paced construction environment. We provide paid training.
Responsibilities:
- Manage projects, facilitate communication between our cleaning crews and our customers in the specific region
- Allocate resources to meet project deadlines
- Provide daily operations reporting for each project
- Quality control your projects for customer satisfaction
- Provide encouragement and guidance with our cleaning crews
- Your ultimate goal will be to handle all Operations Manager/Project Manager duties'
