Position Summary

OneKey MLS is hiring a Learning, Outreach, and Events Specialist to help amplify our brand across the greater NY metropolitan area. You will reach consumers, potential subscribers, partners, vendors, and current subscribers through a variety of channels, supporting our customer engagement team and overall brand strategy. The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling, audience engagement, and aligning their work with our vision and business goals.

This is a full-time hybrid position reporting directly to the Learning and Outreach Manager.


Key Responsibilities


  • Act as a brand advocate and reflect the OneKey MLS vision, values, and brand in your conduct and presentation.
  • Attend local events representing OneKeyMLS, sharing talking points, and gathering information.
  • Collaborate with the CE team and other departments to execute customer engagement campaigns that bring the OneKey story to life.
  • Execute multi-prong learning campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Create and deliver motivating and inspiring presentations for live, virtual, and on-demand delivery.
  • Help identify learning needs and create decks, videos, handouts, and other learning supports.
  • Promote customer onboarding and retention by producing and disseminating customer-focused content.
  • Establish and maintain a working knowledge of our catalog of materials and assist in keeping libraries current, relevant, and user focused.
  • Assist in setting up, monitoring, and providing regular reporting to better inform future efforts.
  • Produce clear and consistent communication with both external and internal customers.
  • Maintain a feedback loop to boost internal understanding of customer needs and behaviors.
  • Identify and engage with key personas and stakeholders.
  • Act as a coordinator for schedules and calendars.
  • Moderate social media groups.
  • Engage in active listening to stay informed about timely conversations, events, and brand activations to incorporate into our efforts.
  • Thoroughly document, review, analyze, and report on assets.
  • Develop systems and approaches for measuring the performance of content and campaigns (product adoption, customer engagement, etc.) and bring visibility across the organization to the work.
  • Document and cross-train duties for coverage.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience creating promotional and educational content, ideally working within a collaborative team.
  • Demonstrated success in presenting educational or promotional content that engages, educates, and delivers results against pre-defined measurement criteria.
  • Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of engagement plans and strategies.
  • Ability to work within deadlines with multi-tasking skills.
  • Comfort and agility working with technology
  • The ability to execute cross-functionally on multiple projects with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Ability to work individually and remotely, and to collaborate within a team environment to achieve your goals.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and staying up to date on new and developing technologies and solutions.
  • Nice to have:
  • Experience with Canva or other design platforms.
  • Experience with SendGrid/Twilio or other email/text platforms.
  • Experience with Monday.com or other project management platforms.
  • Knowledge and experience in the real estate technology or real estate professional realm.
