What are the responsibilities and job description for the Unit Manager position at ONeill Management?
O'Neill Healthcare Lakewood currently seeks a Unit Manager to join our team! The hours are 8:30am-5pm.
Required experience:

Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Auditing Charts.
- Assisting new residents transition to post-acute care setting and ensuring completion of admission paperwork.
- Staff supervision, in-servicing, training, and discipline.
- Be able to interact positively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Qualified candidates must have a valid Ohio Nursing License.
Required experience:
- Supervisory experience in a Skilled Nursing/LTC care facility: 2 years
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Ohio
