About the Role
O'Neil Building and Supply is seeking a high-energy, hands-on Warehouse & Logistics Worker to anchor our operations. This is a part time role at the moment but could very well develop into a full time role as demand continues to increase
Key Responsibilities
- Inventory Leadership: Maintain an organized, efficient warehouse. Track stock levels, oversee receiving, and ensure 100% accuracy in materials coming in and out.
- Logistics & Delivery: Operate a 26' flatbed truck to deliver construction supplies directly to job sites across the region.
- Material Handling: Load and unload semi-trucks and delivery vehicles safely using a forklift.
- Customer Experience: Facilitate professional and timely customer pick-ups at the warehouse.
- Safety & Maintenance: Ensure the warehouse is kept clean and safe. Perform basic inspections on the fleet and equipment (forklifts, trucks).
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 2 years of warehouse or construction supply experience.
- Licensing: Must possess a valid Class C License (or higher).
- Technical Driving: Proven comfort and proficiency in driving a Manual Transmission (Stick Shift) on large vehicles.
- Equipment Mastery: Skilled forklift operator (certification preferred).
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift and move heavy building materials (50 lbs) throughout the day.
- Reliability: A "get-it-done" attitude with a focus on punctuality and safety.
