Salary : $30.34/hour - Salary is Negotiable (Employees will receive 5% below the negotiated pay rate during their probationary status.)
Responsible To : Rehab Maintenance Residential Sales Area Manager
Summary : This position would supervise and coordinate the daily tasks of residential Heating and Air conditioning, Residential Electrical upgrades, Water supply equipment such as Water Heaters and Pumps, as well as interior and exterior lighting upgrades and designs. These tasks will be mainly performed by four (4) Service Techs. Continuation of this position is contingent upon funding allocations.

- Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older.
- State of Wisconsin Masters Electrician License. 3.Currently enrolled with the State of Wisconsin Electrical Continual Education program.
- Current on State of Wisconsin Electrical code classes.
