Salary : $18.42/hour - Salary is Negotiable (Employees will receive 5% below the negotiated pay rate during their probationary status.)
Responsible To : Library Manager
Summary : Under direct supervision of the Library Manager, is responsible for implementing children programs for the Summer Reading Program, After School Program and tutoring program. Work flexible hours include evening and weekends as requested. Continuation of this position is contingent upon funding allocations.

- Associate degree in Library Studies, Education, Communications, Human Development, Psychology, Sociology, Native American Studies, Social Work or closely related field.
- One (1) year of experience working in a library, classroom setting or public program planning.
- Two (2) years customer service and computer experience with knowledge of databases and the internet; a combination of education and experience may be considered. 4. Experience using social media technology.
- Knowledge of smartphones, laptops and tablets.
