Job Summary:
The Crew Member is responsible for providing excellent customer service to Dunkin' guests, preparing food and beverages, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and following all Dunkin' operational policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities and Skills Required:
- Provide excellent customer service to Dunkin' guests
- Prepare food and beverages according to Dunkin' standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow all Dunkin' operational policies and procedures
- Assist with inventory management and stocking supplies
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or food service role preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Must be at least 15 years old
