We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Architect/Job Captain to join us in our team in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL and collaborate on large-scale commercial projects from concept through construction phases.

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Architect/Job Captain to join us in our team in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL and collaborate on large-scale commercial projects from concept through construction phases.
A DAY IN THE LIFE
- Manage commercial architecture projects from beginning to completion by interfacing with clients and project teams on budget, schedule, and work plans
- Research building codes and local zoning requirements
- Prepare presentation drawings and diagrams to clearly convey design ideas
- Produce architectural documents for permit submittal and construction
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field required, plus 5 years of relevant design experience
- Experience producing construction drawings in Revit is required
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D modeling and rendering software (Rhino, Enscape, Lumion), Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience attending client meetings and coordinating across all phases of design
