We are looking for a hard-working Lead Structural Designer who is passionate about high quality deliverables and works well in a fast-paced environment. This Lead Structural Designer will work with the structural engineering team to generate construction documents utilizing Revit for industrial and self-storage design-build projects. This person will assist in leading the effort for the generation of erection and fabrication drawings for cold-formed metal framing Self-Storage projects and tilt-up panel books for industrial projects.

We are looking for a hard-working Lead Structural Designer who is passionate about high quality deliverables and works well in a fast-paced environment. This Lead Structural Designer will work with the structural engineering team to generate construction documents utilizing Revit for industrial and self-storage design-build projects. A DAY IN THE LIFE
- Lead the production and coordination of detailed structural drawings and 3D models across multiple projects
- Review and refine drawings prepared by other designers to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with project standards
- Create and maintain Revit families, detail components, and parameters to improve production efficiency
- Support engineers in implementing design intent and resolving coordination issues
- Assist Structural Designers and provide technical guidance in software use, detailing, and documentation best practices
- Participate in site visits and design coordination as required
- 2 years of relevant building design experience utilizing Revit
- Working understanding in Revit of the creation and use of families, symbols, detail components, line styles, parameters, view templates, and filters
- Ability to develop and manage custom content and project templates
- Strong understanding of structural documentation standards, detailing, and
- coordination practices
- Effective communicator with the ability to lead peers and coordinate with
- engineering teams
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)

Salary : $28,000
