We are hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager in Brooklyn, NY.

Responsibilities include

  • supervising the assigned unit
  • establishing and implementing policies and procedures
  • mentoring less experienced nurses
  • maintaining care standards
  • reviewing resident records and quality of care
  • monitoring overall care and individual cases
  • addressing resident and family questions or complaints
  • representing the unit to upper management

Requirements

  • Valid State RN License
  • Preferred 3 years in Long Term Care and 2 years as Charge Nurse
  • strong computer and communication skills
