Pay: Starting at $18.00/hr and up depending on experience

About the Role
As a Facilities and Grounds Technician, you’ll help maintain our buildings and grounds to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. You’ll perform a variety of maintenance, repair, landscaping, and clerical tasks that support our mission and daily operations.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and structural systems
- Repair flooring, drywall, doors, windows, and fixtures
- Landscape and remove snow/ice seasonally
- Set up rooms for meetings and events
- Assist with janitorial tasks as needed
- Log daily work completion and maintain accurate records
- Respond to work orders and assist with supply ordering
- Ensure safety and compliance with OSHA and OneEighty policies
What You Bring
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in maintenance, landscaping, or facilities work
- Skills in carpentry, plumbing, basic electrical, and painting
- Valid Ohio Driver License with insurable driving record
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
- Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- May not receive clinical services at OneEighty and if in recovery, two years of continuous sobriety required
