Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Packer/Shipper to join our dynamic warehouse team. Duties
- Carefully pack products using appropriate materials, ensuring protection during transit and compliance with packaging standards
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, reach trucks, and other heavy machinery safely and efficiently
- Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory, process orders, and update stock levels accurately
- Load and unload shipments using mechanical equipment while adhering to safety protocols
- Conduct quality control checks on packed items to verify accuracy and condition before shipping
- Assist with order picking and fulfillment by selecting items from storage areas based on order specifications
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment to support efficient warehouse operations and safety compliance
Requirements
- Previous warehouse experience with familiarity in picking & packing, shipping & receiving, and inventory management
- Proficiency in operating heavy equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and order picker technology
- Ability to perform heavy lifting regularly and handle materials handling tasks safely
- Mechanical knowledge or experience operating heavy equipment is preferred
- Strong attention to detail for quality control and order accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Warehouse supervisor experience or familiarity with warehouse distribution processes is a plus

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
