Exceptional Healthcare is seeking Medical Lab Technicians to join its team in Ardmore, OK
SIGNING BONUS: $3,500k
Job Duties:
- Areas of testing include: hematology, chemistry, coagulation, immunoassay, urinalysis, point of care, and blood banking.
- Uses automated equipment and specialized instrumentation to prepare samples for analysis to aid the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of diseases
- Manages daily workload within the departmentto ensure patient testing is completed timely
- Reviews quality control results prior to reporting patientresults and taking corrective action when needed
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Must have an Associate's degree in medical technology, chemistry, physical or biological science.
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- ASCP certified or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of hospital laboratory experience
- Knowledgeof hospital laboratory practices, including infection control requirements, chemical and biological hazards
- Knowledgeof governmentaland regulating policies and standards
