Operation Engineer

As an
Operation Engineer
, you'll contribute to projects' production support and testing features end to end,

understand how we operate our systems, and help make sure our technology grows and doesn't become a big pile of

tech debt.

Responsibilities

• Work side by side with the Operation Team to troubleshoot and assist with problems.
• Perform system updates, and application rollouts, document operation procedures, troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend preventative measures.
• Provide programming support, enhancement, and testing on custom-developed applications.
• Work with data models and object-relational database mapping, while producing complex reports.
• Engineer for simplicity, reliability, manageability, scalability, extensibility, reusability, and performance

Qualifications

• A minimum of five years of knowledge and hands-on SQL & ETL development experience.
• Experience with .Net Framework, ASP.Net, C#, SQL, Web Services/Web API, RESTful web services,
• JavaScript, JQuery, HTML, GitHub etc.
• Experience with administrating SQL databases / RedPoint and maintaining server availability and backup management.
• Experience working in a continuous integration and deployment environment.
• Candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills, strong customer focus, ability to juggle many tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Azure Services Domain Skills will be a plus. BS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.

• Build web apps and services that run on Windows, Linux, and macOS using C#, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
