Seeking a highly motivated individual, who is driven to exceed goals and expectations. This opportunity offers tremendous potential, and will require immediate proficiencies in the following functions and responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with employees and customers.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience and Bi-lingual Spanish
- Daily applicant intake, source, and screen potential applicants.
- Perform new hire safety orientation training, onboarding etc.
- Recruitment and Placement.
- Process screening such as: drug test, background checks, reference checks.
- Assist in the sourcing of applicants by way of referrals, job fairs, internet sources, developing relationships with recruitment centers, and other creative avenues.
- Employee Relations
- Client Relations
- Understanding individual client needs and building rapport with all client contacts.
- Constant communication with clients by phone calls, email, or site visits.
- Act as a liaison between our contingent employees and client companies.
