Duties/Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients through regular, meaningful communication to address needs related to sales, service implementation, and billing. Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive issue resolution and strategic account planning.
- Consultative Selling: Identify and understand customer business challenges to recommend appropriate OneCloud solutions. Conduct effective product demonstrations and articulate value propositions tailored to client-specific needs and goals.
- Sales Process Management: Provide accurate quotes, pricing information, and contract terms according to company guidelines. Follow established approval procedures and maintain pricing integrity.
- Business Development: Generate new revenue through multiple channels including inbound opportunities, reactivating dormant accounts, prospecting new accounts, and responding promptly to customer inquiries across communication platforms.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive records in Zoho CRM and other business systems, documenting all sales activities, opportunities, customer interactions, and outcomes to support company reporting and growth initiatives.
- Business Growth & Profitability: Contribute to overall business growth through achieving sales targets, managing expenses effectively, and maximizing account profitability.
- Collaborative Teamwork: Support colleagues, participate in team initiatives, provide constructive feedback for improvement, and champion a positive team culture.
- Professional Development: Stay current on industry trends, competitive offerings, and evolving client needs to provide informed recommendations and maintain trusted advisor status.
Requirements

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in technology sales, preferably in telecom, managed services, SaaS, UCaaS, VoIP, or related industries
- Demonstrated success supporting team sales initiatives and managing client relationships
- Experience working with CRM systems and sales technologies
