Sr. Account Executive | About You

As a Sr. Account Executive, you are responsible for driving growth in our professional services offerings, with a primary focus on Data and AI (DAI) solutions. You thrive in environments where you can build from the ground up, using your local network and consultative selling skills to open doors and close deals. You actively seek out opportunities and know how to create value that resonates with clients. Navigating complex business environments is second nature, and you’re confident engaging with both technical and executive stakeholders. Your background may include time as a technical consultant, giving you a strong foundation in the solutions you now sell. You bring energy and focus to the challenge of breaking into new accounts and consistently delivering results. Clients and colleagues recognize you for your reliability, strategic thinking, and ability to build lasting relationships that drive revenue.


Sr. Account Executive | Day-to-Day

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold outreach, networking, and leveraging existing relationships, with a focus on Data and AI services.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans targeting the Indianapolis market and surrounding regions, while remaining open to national opportunities.
  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their business challenges and position tailored professional services solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal delivery and leadership teams to align sales strategies with service capabilities and client needs.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-ups.
  • Represent the company at local industry events and networking functions to build brand awareness and generate leads.


Sr. Account Executive | Skills & Experience

  • 7 years of experience selling professional services, with a strong emphasis on data technology solutions such as analytics, AI and machine learning, and cloud.
  • Proven hunter mentality with a track record of successfully breaking into new accounts and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong local network in the Indianapolis business community, with warm leads and former client relationships.
  • Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value, especially data-driven solutions.
  • Experience working with onshore delivery models and familiarity with offshore and nearshore integration.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills with confidence presenting to both technical and executive audiences.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with data architecture concepts (e.g., data lakes, ETL pipelines), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and data governance frameworks (HIPAA, GDPR, SOC 2).
