Executive Assistant | About You
As an Executive Assistant, you are responsible for providing seamless support to senior executives by managing schedules, coordinating travel, and handling communications with precision and professionalism. Executive Assistant | Day-to-Day
- Manage complex calendars and scheduling for multiple VPs, ensuring seamless coordination of meetings and priorities.
- Organize and book travel arrangements, including accommodations, transportation, itineraries, and assist with expense reporting.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports; maintain organized filing systems and contact databases.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain professionalism in all communications.
- Coordinate team communications and plan internal and off-site events.
Executive Assistant | Skills & Experience
- 5 years of experience in an administrative role supporting senior leadership.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams, with advanced calendar management and scheduling skills.
- Strong decision-making ability and capacity to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and consistently meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including drafting professional correspondence and documents.
- Adaptable and collaborative team player, comfortable adjusting to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with data entry, basic bookkeeping, and certifications such as CAP or MOS are a plus.
