Prominent defense firm is seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney to join their growing Baltimore, Maryland office. Ideal candidate will be admitted to practice in Maryland and have 5-15 years of litigation experience in one or more of the following areas. Open to either Plaintiffs' OR Defense side experience: Construction Litigation, Premises Liability, Civil Litigation, Personal Injury, General Liability, Product Liability, Catastrophic Injury, Coverage, Labor & Employment, Medical Malpractice, Transportation, Professional Liability, Auto Liability, Environmental.
Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned cases
- Handle cases from inception to conclusion
- Take and defend depositions
- Make court appearances
- Draft motions, pleadings and respond to discovery
Qualifications:
- Trial and pre-trial experience preferred
- Strong research and writing skills
- 5-15 years of litigation experience
- Licensed to practice and in good standing in Maryland
Base Compensation Range 170k-225k Generous Bonuses Comprehensive Benefits Hybrid work schedule.
