What are the responsibilities and job description for the Partner - Civil Litigation Defense (Portable Book Not Required) position at OneBridge Search?
Prominent regional defense firm is expanding and seeking to add a Partner to their growing Philadelphia office. Ideal candidate will have 12 years of litigation experience in one or more of the following areas: General Liability, Premises Liability, Auto, Medical Malpractice, Professional Liability, Construction Defect, Product Liability, Personal Injury, Transportation.
A portable book of business is not required. Active license in PA required and NJ bar admission is a plus!
Responsibilities:
- Handle cases from inception to conclusion
- Take and defend depositions
- Make court appearances
- Draft motions, pleadings and respond to discovery
Qualifications:
- Trial/Trial Prep experience
- 12 years of litigation experience
- Licensed to practice and in good standing in PA
