The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly analytical and collaborative Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Information Technology team. This cross-functional role is responsible for delivering end-to-end data solutions that enable informed decision-making across the organization, clients, and participants.
This position combines data analysis, business intelligence development, stakeholder consulting, and operational support. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical thinking, creativity in interpreting data, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
You will serve as a trusted partner to business leaders, translating data into actionable insights, building scalable BI solutions, and supporting ongoing reporting and data needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models to support business needs
- Build and optimize data models and DAX measures to enable KPI tracking and trend analysis
- Analyze complex datasets and translate business questions into actionable insights and recommendations
- Partner with stakeholders to define requirements, KPIs, and reporting solutions that drive decision-making
- Develop and maintain SQL queries, database objects, and ensure data accuracy across systems
- Manage BI support requests, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis to prevent recurrence
- Ensure data quality through validation, testing, and adherence to SDLC and Agile best practices
- Create documentation and support user adoption through training and clear communication
Qualifications & Experience
- 3–5 years of Business Intelligence experience or 5 years in data analysis, with a proven track record delivering Power BI dashboards and insights
- Advanced Power BI expertise (data modeling, DAX, reporting) and strong SQL skills, including database object development and data warehousing concepts
- Experience analyzing complex data, performing validation/reconciliation, and translating findings into actionable insights and business recommendations
- Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders, gather requirements, and communicate data insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience working in production or ticket-based environments, with familiarity using modern data platforms and AI-enabled tools for analytics and reporting
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with BI governance, data modeling standards, and data governance practices
- Familiarity with Azure, Fabric, or modern data platforms
- Experience in operational analytics and performance reporting
- Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance reporting and data insights

Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
