You Will:

- Support accounts receivable and revenue tracking, including client billing, collections assistance, and commission receivables
- Maintain AP and AR aging schedules and help resolve billing or payment discrepancies
- Assist with cash management and monthly bank reconciliations, investigating and resolving reconciling items
- Support the month‑end close, including journal entry preparation, reconciliations, and supporting schedules
- Maintain fixed assets in Great Plains, including additions, disposals, and depreciation
- Keep accounting records organized and audit‑ready, responding to documentation requests as needed
- Partner with Payroll, HR, and internal teams on accounting‑related activities
- Contribute to process improvements and documentation as systems and workflows evolve
- Bring a mindset of curiosity and ask “why” to better understand processes and the business
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Working knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple recurring deadlines
- Proficiency with Excel and accounting systems
