We are looking for a true hunter to lead all enterprise sales activity in North America.This is a hands-on individual contributor role. You will own your pipeline, initiate new opportunities, lead complex sales cycles, and close large, high-value deals that move the needle for the business.The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of the U.S. retail market, experience selling complex SaaS solutions into enterprise environments, and the drive to operate independently with full accountability.What You Will Do: Lead all sales activity in the U.S. retail market — from strategy through execution.Act as the territory owner for North America and expand Onebeat’s regional presence.Build and manage your own pipeline of high-value enterprise opportunities.Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles Sell consultatively to senior leaders in merchandising, supply chain, and operations.Partner with internal teams to shape go-to-market motions and ensure customer success.Represent Onebeat at key industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities. Requirements:Extensive experience selling complex software solutions to U.S. retail enterprises.Proven track record closing six-figure SaaS deals Deep understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and/or supply chain dynamics. A hunter mentality — independent, proactive, and driven to create momentum.Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to uncover business pain and translate it into ROI.Prior experience in solution engineering, retail consulting, or value-based selling is a must!
