A Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer Intern is a junior role focused on learning and assisting in the design, development, testing, and deployment of automated workflows that help OneAZ reduce manual work.

A Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer Intern is a junior role focused on learning and assisting in the design, development, testing, and deployment of automated workflows that help OneAZ reduce manual work.
- Supports automation projects by building simple bots or process automations using UiPath as the RPA tool.
- Analyzes business processes to understand steps that can be automated.
- Develops and tests automation scripts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Troubleshoots issues and helps maintain existing automations.
- Collaborates with business teams and senior developers to document requirements and create solution designs.
- Learns best practices for coding, automation design, and project lifecycle management.
- Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Basic programming knowledge (e.g., Python, C#, Java, or VB.NED.
- Familiarity with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism (even beginner-level exposure is useful).
- Understanding of SQL, data handling, and basic database concepts.
- Knowledge of APls, web technologies (HTML/CSS), or scripting is a plus.
- Ability to map and analyze business processes.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow structured workflows.
- Good communication skills for collaborating with business and technical teams.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
