The BSA intern will:
- Gather and document business requirements by meeting with stakeholders and understanding their needs.
- Analyze business processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Assists in creating system specifications, user stories, and workflow diagrams.
- Support testing activities, such as preparing test cases and validating system functionality.
- Help coordinate with developers, testers, and business teams to ensure requirements are clear and solutions align with user needs.
- Learn how system integrations, data flows, and technical documentation support business operations.
- Assist in creating functional specifications, user stories, and workflow diagrams.
- Support system testing activities, including writing test cases, executing tests, and documenting results.
- Help translate business requirements into technical instructions for developers or IT teams.
- Participate in stakeholder meetings, taking notes and tracking action items.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to support project planning and decision-making.
- Assist with data analysis, such as validating data or running simple queries.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (developers, QA, project managers) to ensure alignment on project objectives.
- Maintain project documentation and update requirements or process flows as changes occur.
- Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
