Job Summary
The Revenue Management Representative II will be responsible for being part of the Revenue Management team within Employee Benefits Operations and for premium integrity. The role is responsible for premium application, suspense management, monitoring delinquent accounts and audit controls.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Application of premium
- Monitor suspense accounts
- Manage Lapse/Cancel cycle
- Perform premium research
- Review audit and control reports
- Reconcile premium discrepancies
- Terminate policyholder contracts
- Obligation to identify and resolve issues in regard to premium integrity
- Identify process improvement opportunities
What You'll Need:
- Background in accounting, banking or accounts receivable recommended.
- College education with business or finance related field of study recommended.
- 2 years of experience in customer service required.
- Revenue or Financial Management experience required.
- Requires self-accountability, strong attention to detail, and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced customer service environment with high volumes.
- Professional written & oral communication skills and the ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders.
- Experience achieving or meeting Service Level Agreements on premium application, reporting and correspondence.
- Experience servicing and meeting expectations with designated client groups in all aspects of Revenue Management role.
- High School Diploma required, or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
Salary Band: 2B
This selected candidate will be expected to work hybrid in Indianapolis, IN. The candidate will also be expected to physically return to the office in CA, IN or ME as business needs dictate or for team-building and collaboration.
