This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

- The Office Administrator oversees the day-to-day operations of the home care agency, ensuring compliance with all regulations, delivering quality client care, and leading a team of caregivers and administrative staff. This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to all local, state, and federal regulations.
- Oversee and manage agency policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Manage critical functions including scheduling, billing, and seamless client service delivery.
- Oversee full staff lifecycle, from recruitment and training to supervision and performance evaluations for both field staff and administrative teams.
- Ensure adequate caregiver coverage and expertly manage call-outs and emergencies.
- Drive client satisfaction through comprehensive intake, individualized care planning, being the main client contact, and resolving concerns.
- Maintain meticulous records and conduct regular audits for quality assurance and compliance.
- Prepare for and respond to all licensing inspections while continually monitoring key performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 1 year of management experience in home care, healthcare, or related service industry
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Knowledge of home care regulations and best practices
- Proficient in scheduling systems, EMRs, and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office,
- Excel)
- Ability to multitask, delegate, and manage crises or emergencies as needed
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.23 - $21.63 per year
