- What You'll Be Doing
- Conduct phone screens and interviews
- Coordinate pre-employment screenings and hiring activities
- Extend offers and support the recruiting process
- Track recruiting metrics and hiring trends
- Welcome new associates through orientation and onboarding
- Complete I-9 and E-Verify requirements
- Coordinate badges, uniforms, and benefit enrollments
- Support associate transitions throughout their employment lifecycle
- Maintain associate records and HR systems
- Support compliance, training, and documentation processes
- Assist with policy updates and HR reporting
- Provide Dayforce support and user assistance
- Plan employee appreciation events and recognition programs
- Coordinate Driver Appreciation Week and community activities
- Create associate communications, announcements, and event materials
- Help foster a positive and engaging workplace culture
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- HR, recruiting, administrative, or related experience preferred
- Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
- A positive attitude and passion for helping others succeed
