One Wisconsin Volleyball Club is growing, and we’re looking for passionate coaches to join our team!

We’re currently hiring for:
• Summer programming coaches (June-August)
• Regular season coaches (November-March or June)
Opportunities are available across all levels, from our youngest athletes in developmental programs all the way through high school and adult training.
In addition to training our athletes we train our coaches through physical and mental training opportunities.
Our gym always has room for one more.

Qualifications:
- Reliable transportation
- Commit to 2-3 practices per week and 4-8 weekend tounraments November- March or November- June
- Volleyball coaching experience preffered but not required
Responsibilities: may or may not include and are not limited to
- Leading or assisting a team of athletes under a lead coach system
- Send team/ parent communication
Teach and develop fundamental through advanced volleyball skills across a variety of age groups and levels
- Create a positive, competitive, and growth-focused environment for all athletes
Assist with game-day coaching, including lineup decisions, in-game adjustments, and player development focus
- Collaborate with fellow coaches and directors to ensure consistency across the club
Support club events, camps, clinics, and summer programming as needed
