Project Support holds a very important role. Across all our projects we need daily detailed tasks done to keep our projects on track. The organizational ability that you have along with a recognizable intentional ability to have conversation is a key gift for this position's success. Physical
- This position works in front of a computer screen throughout the day. This position requires reading, writing, and communicating in writing, verbally, by email and on the telephone. Work is performed in a well-lit, temperature-controlled environment.
Essential Responsibilities
- Understand and stay up to date on all aspects of the telecom industry.
- Understand and execute customer closeout requirements, including reviewing project documents and submitting closeout packages.
- Use project photos to review and understand completed work, with minimal direction and support.
- When requirements are not met, communicate with crews on achieving the expectations.
- Set-up schedule with field crew for photo review.
- Flexible schedule to align with field crew photo review.
- Proactively assist the management team with administrative duties.
- Proficiently navigate different software platforms.
- Timely secure project location permits.
- Meet frequent and varied high demand timelines.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities to perform duties effectively
- Ability to manage multiple documents and details at once, and use them to comprehend project needs and possible issues, and effectively communicate the specifics to other project team members
- Experience with different telecom industry software, or ability to learn quickly
- Excellent computer skills (Knowledge of programing language a plus)
- Critical attention to detail
- Demonstrated progressive experience in the telecom industry preferred
- Business degree, or related field, given preference
Required Education and Experience
- Minimum of one year of experience in accounting and clerical functions
- HS diploma or higher preferred
Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
