What you’ll be doing
- Own the review and assessment of inbound applications across multiple Sales/GTM roles
- Headhunt passive GTM talent across UAE & Ireland.
- Carefully screen CVs and applications with attention to quality, relevance, and potential
- Conduct initial interviews and conversations to assess capability, motivation, and fit
- Partner with hiring managers to understand what good looks like beyond a job description
- Manage candidates through the hiring process with clarity, fairness, and respect
- Ensure a positive, human candidate experience at every stage
- Track and maintain accurate hiring data, pipelines, and status updates
- Help ensure we hire people who contribute positively to the team culture and raise the bar
- You’re a good, honest person who treats people with respect
- You’re grateful for the opportunities you’ve had and don’t take them for granted
- You’re generally positive... you bring good energy to work
- You care about doing the job well and never neglect quality
- You see the value in data and use it to get better at what you do
- You’ve supported hiring for Sales/GTM roles ideally for a SaaS company
