General Job Description
At One Way Out, our Key Holders are responsible for making our guests' experience extraordinary! The ideal candidate should be outgoing, friendly, and have excellent customer service skills. This is NOT a seasonal or temporary position due to the in-depth training process. You must be at least 18 years of age and possess your own reliable transportation.
Pay starts at $14/hour and increases to $15.50/hour after training is complete. Training is expected to be fully complete within 90 of days of employment but may be completed sooner depending on skill level.
This part-time position guarantees a minimum of 20-26 hours per week with opportunity for more hours once training is complete. The starting schedule includes Fridays 3:30-11:30p, an 8-10 hour shift on Saturdays between the hours of 11a-11:30p, and Sundays 12:30-8:30p. (Shifts may end up to 2 hours early dependent on if the last booking time has been reserved or not.) We are always closed on Easter Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day, but availability surrounding these holidays is required.

Responsibilities
• Helping create amazing experiences for our guests
• Greeting and briefing guests; setting the scene for them
• Monitoring rooms and delivering clues to our guests
• Resetting rooms between groups
• Handling cash and card payments
• Providing customer support in person and over the phone
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Opening and closing duties, including properly locking and unlocking the business
• Arriving to work and to any team meetings in a timely manner
Requirements
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to learn and react quickly
• Willingness to go above and beyond customer expectations
• 18 years of age or older
• Driver’s license and reliable vehicle
