Position Overview
As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you will represent leading national brands inside major big-box retailers. You’ll receive paid training and daily support from our experienced team, preparing you to drive customer engagement and sales. This role is ideal for individuals who are outgoing, ambitious, and ready to launch a career in sales or marketing.
This is an in-person, performance-based role—not remote or call center based. Your day will begin at our office for a team meeting and then transition to your assigned retail store location.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend daily morning meetings at our local office for training, updates, and location assignments
- Travel to assigned retail store locations to represent clients in person
- Set up and maintain branded marketing materials and displays
- Greet and engage store customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Explain service options, pricing, and promotions for wireless, streaming, or home services
- Assist customers with plan selection, enrollments, or upgrades
- Meet or exceed individual sales goals and team performance metrics
- Provide field insights and customer feedback to management regularly
- Maintain a professional appearance and deliver excellent customer service
Compensation and Benefits
- Base Pay: $13.00 – $18.00/hour (based on experience and performance)
- Commission: Uncapped earning potential
- Bonuses: Weekly incentive bonuses based on performance
- Employment Type: W-2 (not 1099)
- Paid Training: All new hires receive hands-on training from experienced team leads

Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must be available for daily morning meetings at our local office (required)
- Must be available to work in-store during retail hours, including weekends
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods during a shift
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A professional, outgoing, and self-motivated personality
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required
