What You'll Do
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Complete system inspections, seasonal tune-ups, cleaning, and equipment performance checks
- Identify worn components, potential system issues, and needed repairs during maintenance visits
- Check filters, electrical components, controls, refrigerant levels, and overall system operation
- Communicate maintenance findings and recommendations clearly to customers
- Complete digital maintenance reports and documentation using a company-provided tablet
- Maintain high standards for safety, quality, cleanliness, and customer service
What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year of HVAC maintenance experience is preferred
- EPA Universal Certification
- Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable record
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces
