Provide professional security and safety services for a high-rise residential condominium community. Responsible for monitoring CCTV and building security systems, conducting routine patrols, responding to resident and guest concerns, investigating incidents and alarms, enforcing property rules and regulations, controlling access, assisting during emergencies, and preparing detailed incident reports. Maintain a professional presence while providing courteous and responsive service to residents, guests, employees, and management.
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
