Process-Driven Customer Operations Specialist

We’re hiring detail-oriented professionals to execute customer interactions with accuracy, consistency, and strict process adherence. This is primarily an office-based role with potential to transition to work-from-home based on performance and business needs.
Pay

• $14–$15 per hour

Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• Morning / Evening Shifts
• Saturdays as needed

What You’ll Do

• Follow step-by-step workflows exactly as written
• Handle customer interactions with high accuracy
• Capture and process data in real time
• Maintain consistency across high-volume tasks

• Ability to follow multi-step processes without deviation
• Process-focused mindset (not improvisational)
• Experience in banking, healthcare, call centers, QA, or data entry preferred
