We are seeking dependable Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team supporting a Nationwide Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) company. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for members who rely on transportation to important medical appointments. Your ability to provide compassionate service, solve problems, and accurately document information will directly impact the health and well-being of our members.

Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls professionally while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Schedule, modify, and verify non-emergency medical transportation reservations.
- Assist members with transportation inquiries, trip status, eligibility, and general program information.
- Document all customer interactions accurately while maintaining detailed records.
- Navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously while speaking with members.
- Utilize Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications to access information, communicate with team members, and complete daily tasks.
- Follow established call center procedures, quality standards, and HIPAA compliance guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with dispatch, transportation providers, and internal departments to resolve customer concerns.
- Meet productivity, quality, and attendance expectations in a structured call center environment.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service experience with the ability to remain calm and empathetic during difficult situations.
- Previous inbound call center experience preferred.
- Proficiency using computers, including Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets) and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple software applications.
- Strong typing and data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Dependable with a proven history of strong attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
