What You Will Do
- Answer inbound calls from patients, medical facilities, and insurance providers to book transport.
- Schedule, route, and dispatch drivers efficiently using our specialized software.
- Provide compassionate, patient customer service to callers who may be stressed or elderly.
- Communicate real-time traffic updates and schedule changes.
- Problem-solve scheduling conflicts dynamically to minimize late pickups or missed appointments.
What We Look For (Requirements)
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a warm, clear telephone presence.
- High level of empathy, patience, and active listening skills.
- Strong multitasking ability (typing while talking and navigating multiple screens).
- Proficient computer skills (familiarity with GPS, scheduling software, or spreadsheets is a major plus).
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous call center or medical scheduling experience is preferred but not required.
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
