As a Smart Living Team Leader, you will guide a team, oversee the daily operations of assigned homes, and ensure the individuals we support receive high-quality, person-centered care. This is a unique opportunity to lead with purpose while integrating technology into everyday support.

What You'll Do
- Lead and support day-to-day operations for assigned homes
- Promote a technology-forward approach across HCBS services
- Partner with the Assistive Technology Coordinator to implement innovative solutions
- Collaborate with Human Resources and leadership on hiring, coaching, performance management, and team development
- Ensure appropriate staffing coverage and step in as needed
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for both team members and individuals served
- Conduct investigations, document findings, and communicate with leadership as required
- Ensure accurate and timely electronic documentation in accordance with organizational standards

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a human services-related field with at least 2 years of experience supporting individuals with disabilities
OR
High school diploma or GED with 5 years of relevant experience - Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to meet physical requirements, including lifting up to 50 pounds and assisting individuals with daily living activities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and complete required documentation
- Successful completion of pre-employment background check and health screenings
