Services span general medicine, diagnostics, dental care, surgery, boarding, grooming, and 24/7 emergency care. The team is experienced, supportive, and genuinely committed to the animals and families they serve. This is a full-time associate DVM position with a primary focus on general practice medicine.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough wellness exams, sick visits, and follow-up appointments
Diagnose and treat a broad range of small animal medical conditions
Perform basic and routine surgical procedures, including spay/neuter and small mass removals
Perform or assist with dental extractions and oral health procedures
Accurately maintain medical records and client communication
Collaborate with support staff, technicians, and fellow DVMs to deliver consistent, high-quality care
Participate in the overall culture of clinical excellence the practice is known for
Qualifications
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or VMD) degree from an AVMA-accredited institution
Active veterinary license in good standing (or eligibility to obtain Georgia licensure)
3 or more years of clinical experience in a general practice or mixed small animal setting preferred
Comfortable performing routine soft tissue surgery and basic dental procedures
Strong diagnostics and treatment planning skills
Salary : $115,000 - $145,000
